3. How We Use Information

We do not sell athlete data. We do not use athlete data for advertising networks or behavioral advertising.

4. Children and Minors

HyperPulse is designed for use by youth athletes only through parent-managed accounts. For athletes under 13, verifiable parental consent is required before child-related personal information is collected. Parents may review, correct, delete, or revoke consent for their child's information by contacting us.

If you believe we collected information from a child under 13 without proper parent consent, contact us and we will investigate and delete the information where required.

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate HyperPulse, comply with law, protect rights and safety, process payments, host data, provide support, or follow parent-controlled sharing instructions. Service providers must use information only for the services they provide to us.

Parent-controlled sharing features should be used only by a parent, guardian, coach, school, or team representative with authority to share the athlete data.

6. Sensitive Data and Illinois Residents

HyperPulse does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, voiceprints, retina or iris scans, or facial geometry. Athlete motion and performance data can still be sensitive, so we apply parent-managed consent, access controls, no sale of athlete data, and deletion workflows.

Illinois residents should also review the Illinois Biometric Information Policy. Where written consent is required for biometric information, HyperPulse will not collect or use that information without the required consent.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, support, warranty, billing, consent records, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

To request deletion, email privacy@gethyperpulse.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, and service-provider restrictions. No system is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to privacy@gethyperpulse.com.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive information about certain personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
