Last updated: June 28, 2026. Effective: June 28, 2026.
Children's privacy: HyperPulse is parent-managed. Children do not create accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parent or guardian consent.
1. Who We Are
HyperPulse is a sports performance wearable and app platform operated from Bloomington, Illinois. Contact: privacy@gethyperpulse.com or HyperPulse | 9198 Apollo Rd | Bloomington, IL 61705.

3. How We Use Information
- To operate the website, waitlist, pilots, app, device pairing, and customer support.
- To display parent-managed athletic performance data.
- To process orders, subscriptions, refunds, support requests, and warranty requests.
- To maintain safety, security, fraud prevention, consent records, and legal compliance.

We do not sell athlete data. We do not use athlete data for advertising networks or behavioral advertising.
4. Children and Minors
HyperPulse is designed for use by youth athletes only through parent-managed accounts. For athletes under 13, verifiable parental consent is required before child-related personal information is collected. Parents may review, correct, delete, or revoke consent for their child's information by contacting us.
If you believe we collected information from a child under 13 without proper parent consent, contact us and we will investigate and delete the information where required.
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate HyperPulse, comply with law, protect rights and safety, process payments, host data, provide support, or follow parent-controlled sharing instructions. Service providers must use information only for the services they provide to us.
Parent-controlled sharing features should be used only by a parent, guardian, coach, school, or team representative with authority to share the athlete data.
6. Sensitive Data and Illinois Residents
HyperPulse does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, voiceprints, retina or iris scans, or facial geometry. Athlete motion and performance data can still be sensitive, so we apply parent-managed consent, access controls, no sale of athlete data, and deletion workflows.
Illinois residents should also review the Illinois Biometric Information Policy. Where written consent is required for biometric information, HyperPulse will not collect or use that information without the required consent.
7. Retention and Deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, support, warranty, billing, consent records, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
- Waitlist and marketing records are retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or they are no longer needed.
- Account and performance data are retained while the account is active and for a limited period after cancellation, unless a longer period is required for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons.
- Deleted account data is removed or de-identified within a commercially reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
To request deletion, email privacy@gethyperpulse.com.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, and service-provider restrictions. No system is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to privacy@gethyperpulse.com.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive information about certain personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as HyperPulse evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to registered users.
